This coaching call is designed for business owners who have already presented enough facts for me to identify the likely tax issue, planning path, or answer they are looking for. Instead of requiring a full planning engagement from the start, this call gives you the opportunity to understand the answer, the reasoning behind it, the risks involved, and the next steps you would need if you choose to continue handling the matter yourself.

During the call, I will walk you through the relevant tax concepts, practical considerations, and decision points based on the information you provide. You may decide that the coaching call gives you enough clarity to move forward on your own. Or, if you want deeper involvement, written analysis, projections, document review, or implementation support, you can decide during or after the call whether to engage me further.

If multiple parties are involved, or if the facts are not yet organized enough for a productive coaching call, I may require a preliminary meeting before the coaching call takes place. The purpose of that preliminary discussion would be to establish the framework, identify what information needs to be available, and, where necessary, give you enough background on the relevant tax concepts so the coaching call can be focused and useful.

This coaching call does not include standalone document review before or after the call. Documents may be discussed only by screen sharing during the call, unless a separate document review or written analysis engagement is agreed to.

If you move forward with a full business tax planning engagement within 60 days, $250 of the coaching call fee will be credited toward that engagement.
